The OCD Modifier is a custom modifier created using Geometry Nodes, providing all the necessary parameters to adjust the damage effect.

Noise Type

There are four Noise Types in OCD to choose from. Each type gives a different appearance to the damage, allowing you to customize the effect to your specific needs.

Voxel Size

The larger the Voxel Size, the more substantial the damage will be. Conversely, a smaller Voxel Size results in finer damage. You may need to adjust the "Damage" slider to compensate for changes in Voxel Size.

Note

This parameter works in conjunction with the Relative Scale checkbox.

Damage

This is the most important parameter. It controls the amount of damage on your object. Although it is expressed as a percentage, it is not absolute. The amount of damage can vary depending on the selected Noise Type, Voxel Size, and Noise Scale parameters.

Noise Scale

The Noise Scale determines the size and detail of the damage pattern. It works like the Noise Scale in the Shader Editor. A higher value will create smaller, more detailed damage, while a lower value will produce larger, less detailed damage.
